3. Electrical Safety & Installation Liability (IMPORTANT)
Clicka Lights sells outdoor lighting fixtures, some of which require hard-wiring to your property’s electrical system.

• Professional Installation: You acknowledge and agree that all electrical products purchased from our store must be installed by a certified, licensed professional electrician in accordance with your local electrical codes and regulations.

   

   

• Disclaimer of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Clicka Lights, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind (including, without limitation, property damage, electrical fires, or personal injury) arising from your use, misuse, DIY installation, or improper handling of any products procured from our store.

4. Products and Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
